New Prescriptions

When you receive a new written prescription from your doctor for up to a 90 day supply of medication, simply follow the instructions below. If you haven't established a patient profile with Health Direct Pharmacy Services, be sure to sign up by clicking here before ordering a new prescription.

• Print and complete an order form by clicking here making sure to indicate where you would like the prescription shipped and verify which of your family members it is for.
