When you receive a new written prescription from your doctor for up to
a 90 day supply of medication, simply follow the instructions below. If
you haven't established a patient profile with Health Direct Pharmacy
Services, be sure to sign up by clicking here
before ordering a new prescription.
- Print and complete an order form by clicking
here making sure to indicate where you would like the prescription
shipped and verify which of your family members it is for. Then...
- Send the original prescription, the completed order form and any
